About The Job:

  • Site Operations & Maintenance - Oversee daily site operations, manage preventive/corrective/ad-hoc maintenance, and supervise contractors to ensure timely, safe, and minimal-disruption work.
  • Regulatory Compliance - Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (BCA, SCDF, MOM, NEA), review permits and risk assessments, and support audits and regulatory submissions.
  • Security & Safety - Collaborate with Security Team, enforce workplace safety policies, and promptly report security breaches or safety incidents.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as primary liaison with client and contractors, provide updates and recommendations, and attend regular meetings with progress reporting.
  • Financial Oversight - Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and verifying invoices/claims before client approval; maintain records of contracts and warranties.
  • Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, incidents, and operational reports for compliance and transparency.

About You:

  • Degree / Diploma in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • At least 35 years relevant experience in property / estate / facilities management or building / facilities maintenance, with 2 years in Building manager role.

  • Knowledge in building works and facilities management

  • Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
