BU Project Coordinator
The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

What You’ll Be Doing
Under limited supervision, responsible for coordinating project activities that align with business objectives. Activities include: ensuring smooth operations, providing support for BU initiatives, and driving process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions for optimization.
- Assists in the documentation of project goals, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with established plans and priorities.
- Coordinate resources, activities, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to BU leaders and other stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the business unit, including data entry, document management, scheduling, and reporting.
- Serve as a liaison between the business unit and other departments to ensure effective communication and timely task completion.
- Identify areas for process improvement, collaborate with teammembers to implement solutions, and track the impact of changes, such as increased efficiency or cost savings.
- Organize data and reporting to support BU operations and decision-making.
- Maintain and update process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure relevant stakeholders are informed of updates or required training.
- Facilitate BU project meetings, preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as preparing materials for meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with internal events.

- Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of prior related experience required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of project coordination practices, documentation, and tracking tools.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support BU leaders and teammembers.
- Ability to manage scheduling, reporting, and project support tasks under direct supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
