This role is ideal for a strategic and passionate marketer with strong leadership, analytical, and creative skills — someone who can combine brand storytelling with business impact.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen our presence in the premium & luxury spirits category and craft brand experiences that inspire consumers and partners alike.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, results-driven, and thrives in dynamic environments with a pilot–learn–scale mindset.

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, PR, experiential, and on/off-trade channels to strengthen brand equity and deliver business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze all aspects of brand performance (volume, share, profit, distribution, pricing, image, promotion), taking corrective action where necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and other departments to ensure consistent brand execution and alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Partner with the Consumer Insights team to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and define the strategic direction for each brand.
  • Manage all digital marketing and social media activations, ensuring impactful, brand-right storytelling aligned with global guidelines.
  • Lead event and partnership planning — including luxury experiences, launches, and collaborations that elevate brand desirability.
  • Challenge agency and partner proposals to ensure creative excellence, efficiency, and strong ROI.
  • Oversee brand budget planning, tracking, and reporting to maximize investment effectiveness.

  • Proven experience managing premium or prestige brands in a multinational context.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Nielsen and data analytics tools knowledge is a plus.

Core Competencies & Behaviors:

  • Strategic and analytical thinker with creative agility.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in internal and external representation.
  • Collaborative, curious, and passionate about luxury, lifestyle, and trends.
