Accountabilities
- Strategic product management, implementation, and rollout of the Global Brand Strategy at the local level.
- Planning and implementation of marketing concepts.
- Responsibility for creation and monitoring of goal achievement (KPIs).
- Rollout of PR and communication plans through multi-channel approaches.
- Market and competitor observation (brand trackers, sales analyses, market monitoring, etc.).
- Best practice sharing in the region through global brand forums and exchanges with colleagues.
- Assemble, lead, and distribute tasks to the brand team.
- Drive agendas in the brand team as an impulse provider and motivator.
- Represent the brand in the SMT/region.
- Budget responsibility for the brand budget: monitoring the budget, creating forecasts.
- Make decisions on resource use in alignment with the Franchise Lead and manage budget shifts.
- Drive marketing excellence for the product: rollout of materials and core messages to the sales force.
- Conduct training sessions during cycle meetings.
- Develop working relationships with local and national key opinion leaders, including joint visits with sales.
Essential Skills/Experience
- University degree (science or economics related)
- 3+ years in a similar role in a multinational matrix organization in pharmaceuticals
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
- Strategic planning, thinking and brand planning
- Commercial awareness and business/financial understanding
- Analytical business and audit reporting skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Budget management
- Proficient MS Office; ability to work with new technologies
- Driving license B
- Displays high levels of communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self‑motivated, ambitious, meticulous; resilient; able to work under pressure
Desirable for the role
- Experience in in-field position
- Expertise within CVRM Therapy Area
- Coaching skills
