 As a Branch Manager based in Newcastle upon Tyne (Boldon) you’ll be responsible for:  

• Setting the branch strategic agenda, ensuring alignment of the different areas of specialisms, based upon customer insights and profiles.

• Setting a clear and inspiring direction for the branch team to ensure there is a focus upon improving customer service and maximising the customer experience.

• Leading, empowering and motivating the branch team and encourage an innovative approach towards the provision of solutions for clients.

• Setting and maintaining a culture of ‘Safety First’ within the branch and act as a role model for WUK values and key personal behaviours.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm or 8am - 5pm

 And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Previous experience leading a branch within a merchanting enterprise

• Experience of directing and developing a team within a sales environment

• Commercial acumen and ability to execute commercial plans to deliver profitable results We look forward to receiving your application!
