At CommBank, we’re committed to enhancing the financial wellbeing of our customers and delivering outstanding service every day. As Branch Manager for our Wagin branch, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading our team and ensuring seamless banking experiences across multiple channels.

What is a Multi-Channel Branch?

• Monday and Friday: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment. 

• Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.   

Your Impact

As Branch Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve individual and branch targets.

  • Build strong networks in your local community and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery across lending, deposits, and wealth management products.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing customer feedback and taking action.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with general banking transactions and enquiries.
  • Build meaningful connections face-to-face and through direct channels.
  • Guide customers in using in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Complete Financial Health Checks and process applications for relevant products.
  • Motivate and mentor your team to deliver seamless customer experiences.
