What is a Multi-Channel Branch?
• Monday and Friday: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.
• Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.
