SUMMARY:
This role will provide daily support to the Box Office Management Team. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Hourly Rate:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize communication and event information for multiple venues to ensure ticket agents have the details needed for accurate transactions.
  • Manage group orders, employee comps, and marketing ticket requests.
  • Open and operate the box office during business hours and events, serving as manager on duty when assigned.
  • Reconcile ticketing transactions and cash deposits daily across multiple venues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, including responding promptly to email and web inquiries.
  • Handle box office questions independently from management when needed.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and a professional demeanor with customers, promoters, and company affiliates.
  • Manage office equipment maintenance and service schedules.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
  • Distribute monthly sales reports to company executives.
  • Support management and part-time staff as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact professionally with diverse staff, clients, and guests.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Experience with Ticketmaster ticketing software
