As a Booking Coordinator, you will:

• Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role
• Ensuring appointments are made in a timely manner
• ensure all data required is captured
• Liaise with Out Patients manager for additional capacity
• Make sure that Nuffield Health exceeds customer expectations
