What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate with Solution Architects to create urgent Bills of Materials (BOMs) with a fast turnaround time.
Oversee the BOM creation process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Enter BOMs and solutions into the ERP system and follow up to guarantee fast execution across departments.
Ensure BOMs are ready for clients by understanding technical configurations and aligning with customer needs.
Manage multiple priorities and open items while maintaining a clear understanding of project urgency.
Communicate project statuses effectively to stakeholders and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Lead new initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
A minimum of 6 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (technical high proficiency) and Salesforce (SFDC).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
A proactive approach to research and problem-solving to achieve project goals.
Experience in project management with a clear understanding of processes and priorities.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in BOM creation and related processes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Capable of executing repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
Resolves complex problems, including those without precedent, using critical thinking and expertise.
Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Understands technical configurations of BOMs and processes with a high level of detail orientation.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days' work from home
