Purpose of Role: To perform boilermaker work in the foundry as well as machine shop.  This will involve welding, assembling, constructing, maintaining and fabrication of all types of steel structures/brackets etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, install, and repair all types of steel equipment using welding, fitting, and cutting techniques.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate construction and repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance, clean components, and upgrade existing equipment to improve performance or meet new standards.
  • Operate specialized equipment such as welding machines, cutting torches, grinders, cranes and heavy machinery for lifting and rigging.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Artisan.
  • Three to five years of experience working as a Boilermaker.
  • Demonstrates strong project management and time management skills.
  • Engineering Diploma will be advantageous.
