Who we are looking for:
Business Onboarding and Transitions Team’s (BOaT) Officer (Manager) is responsible for the operational management of Fund Set up / Onboarding and Global Account Opening. The Officer represents State Street Corporation as a key connect with client relationship teams for strategic clients and serves as the primary escalation point for complex operational activities. Officer has direct managerial responsibility for a team of Fund Onboarding Specialists, along with oversight for risk mitigation and responsibility for both day to day and ongoing performance management of their team.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
•10+ years of related experience, preferably in financial services industry
•A minimum of 5+years of people management experience
•Graduate/ MBA preferably in Finance
•Knowledge of onboarding, reference data, static data would be preferred
•Audit or quality assurance experience
