About the Role
Allied Physicians Group is expanding its Allergy and Asthma services at Peds First Pediatrics in Medford, NY. We’re seeking a part-time Board Certified Allergist to join our established pediatric practice and help us bring specialized allergy and immunology care directly to the communities we serve on Long Island’s East End.
The Allergist will see both children and adults.
This position offers flexibility in days and hours — allowing you to balance professional growth with work-life harmony. You’ll collaborate closely with our pediatricians and leadership team to build and shape a thriving allergy and asthma service line in a supportive, family-centered environment.

Your Day-to-Day
Diagnose and treat a full range of allergic and immunologic conditions in children and adults.
Perform and interpret diagnostic tests (skin tests, pulmonary function tests, and more).
Administer and monitor allergen immunotherapy and biologic treatments.
Educate patients and families on managing allergic and asthmatic conditions.
Collaborate with referring pediatricians to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
What We’re Looking For
MD or DO with completed training in Pediatrics or Internal Medicine
Fellowship-trained in Allergy and Immunology
Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Allergy and Immunology (ABAI)
Active New York State medical license
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care
Compensation Offered:
Salary - Salary Plan, 125,000.00 USD AnnualThe salary/rate provided complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base compensation for this role. Actual salary/rate may vary above or below based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
