Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to the Billing Team on the day-to-day operations of the department.

  • Learn all billing related systems as it relates to the Billing Process and Tariffs/Pricing in order to understand and provide Billing assistance to each country when needed to maximize revenue.

  • Responsible for all personnel employee matters including payroll, Workday management, hiring, terminating, performance management and training and professional development.

  • Responsible for the full onboarding process including communicating the company and position details to new hires before their start date, the New Hire Training plan, Performance Review and routine check-ins.

  • Manage employee performance by providing them with their Billing stats and feedback on a weekly basis in addition to scheduling regular one-to-one meetings. Assist the Billing Manager with daily operations for the Billing Department to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner and updated information is communicated to the team to aid in their daily function.

  • Provide oversight and support to ensure all billing department inquiries are being handled in a timely manner and that issue trends are escalated to the Regional Billing Manager. Perform other billing related duties such as crediting and rebilling invoices and addressing emails from Sales and Customer Service.

Education:

  • Requires completion of a High School Diploma/ General Education Degree. Bachelor’s Degree and/or industry experience preferred.

Work experience:

  • Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, finance, sales, marketing, or similar vocations generally obtained through a combination of experience and education.

  • At least 1 year of team management related experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Monthly closing activities and reporting

  • SAP experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and self-motivated

  • Strong in ability to work in team environment

  • Good decision-making skills

  • Good analytical skills

  • Ability to motivate staff members

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required

  • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written

  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and related applications
