Main Responsibilities:

Event management for monthly, quarterly, annual partner events

·       Registration and attendance

o   Data setup and clean up for event

·       Ensure Event runs smoothly

o   Logistics (location, billing, attendees)

o   Agenda

·       Lead event surveys

o   Pre and Post Event

·       Interact with US providers:

o   Hotel (billings, reservations, agenda)

o   App developer (used for the event)

·       Document processes

·       Build dashboards; generate reports

·       Prep docs on financial education for partners

o   Info from planning to retirement (no financial advisory)

Requirements:

Education: business related student or graduated.

English: advanced level both oral & written

Experience: desirable related experience in reporting, invoicing, vendor management, data management &/or customer service.

Digital Tools: is required as mandatory Excel & Powerpoint experience. Nice to have Power BI, Alterix, and process automation.

Soft skills: Excellent communication skills and stakeholders management, detail oriented, flexibility, adaptability, process improvement, self-starter, dynamic among others.
