Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Benefits Operations team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in México city. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Benefits Operations Senior Analyst You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the quality of processes, providing support to team members, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
We will count on you to:
- Ensure the quality of processes through rigorous monitoring via the tickets generated in the help desk and the corresponding platform.
 - Conduct constant monitoring and maintain the established procedures to ensure proper incident management.
 - Verify that the information handled is accurate and up-to-date, promoting continuous improvement of the processes.
 - Optimize time and resources to increase operational efficiency.
 - Provide effective support to the work team, fostering collaboration and the achievement of objectives.
 - Provide clear and timely feedback on reported incidents, ensuring the proper resolution of each case.
 - Follow up promptly on complaints registered in the Darwin banks, ensuring their attention and resolution according to quality standards.
 
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, quality management or similar fields.
 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance.
 - Advanced conversational English.
 - Knowledge in tickets systems
