THE JOB:
As a Costumed Bartender at Borgata, you will be responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring the bar remains clean and inviting. Your friendly smile and exceptional service will enhance the guest experience, allowing you to connect with them and understand their unique stories and needs. By taking ownership of their experience, you'll create WOW moments and lasting memories that they will cherish long after their visit.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Practice teamwork and support fellow team members to create an energized, positive work atmosphere
Complies with all departmental and Company policies
Maintains a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct free of any questionable association
Practice excellent grooming and uniform standards
Creates and ensures a fresh, positive and exciting environment where sanitation, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount.
Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount
Provides fast, fun, friendly, fresh, and focused service to our guests, while demonstrating leadership and teamwork to bar porters and beverage servers
Prepares ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients
Responsible to comply with and enforce alcohol awareness laws and procedures at all times
Makes a variety of beverages, adheres to recipes
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
6+ Months of bartending in a high-volume front bar, service bar, and/or fine dining environment required

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$16.50
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
