What you will do in this role

As a B2B Marketing Specialist on our team, you will: 

- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Director to design and execute effective B2B marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives.

- Ensure all regional marketing processes meet global brand standards.

- Implement and optimize lead generation initiatives to grow the sales pipeline and support business development efforts.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.

- Design, plan, and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives across multiple channels-

- Adapt and localize all content and campaigns created by the Global Marketing Team for the regional market.

- Organize and manage both internal events and key sector events—from concept development to flawless execution—coordinating vendors or agencies as needed.

- Manage the digital tools used to execute, track, and report on marketing initiatives designed to generate demand (CRM: Salesforce, Automation: Pardot, Website: WordPress, etc.).

- Identify, coordinate, and execute award submissions and recognition initiatives.

- Ensure strong, consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing touchpoints, including events, digital campaigns, websites, and promotional materials.

- Safeguard the company’s distinctive and cohesive brand architecture and identity.

- Support the Marketing and Communications Director in managing relationships with sector-specific media to secure impactful visibility. Highlight the business’s unique value through opinion pieces, success stories, reports, and more.

Concentrix is a great match if you:

-  Are bilingual or proficient in Spanish and have an advanced level of English

- Hold studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication. Additional knowledge (a plus, not mandatory) in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing Intelligence, Big Data, and/or Statistics.

- Are comfortable working with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.

- Have a proactive, analytical mindset and strong communication skills.

- Bring demonstrated experience in B2B marketing (content and digital marketing), as well as data analysis and integration processes—ideally within a multinational environment.

- Have familiarity with the marketing mix, strong understanding of B2B strategies and best practices, and experience organizing and managing sector-specific events end to end.
