Responsibilities
Lead the B2B design team
Design high-quality B2B marketing materials, including sales presentations, industry reports, one-pagers, case studies, product sheets, and infographics.
Create visual assets for campaigns, websites, social media, and email communications tailored for trade/industry audiences.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate complex offerings into clear, engaging visuals.
Support internal and external events with design assets such as booth visuals, banners, signage, handouts, and animations.
Take ownership of project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met with high attention to detail and brand alignment.
Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in graphic design in a B2B or media/tech/advertising environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (all are essential). Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint (both essential)
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Fluency in English & Spanish
A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work is required for this position
Nice to Have
Experience working in an advertising tech environment.
Motion graphics or video editing experience
Understanding of basic web design principles and Elementor
Comfortable presenting design ideas to internal stakeholders.
