As AVP, Wealth Consultant, you'll lead a national team of elite professionals, empowering financial advisors to build holistic, client-centric wealth practices. Your mission: drive growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance advisory efficiency across our distribution channels.

What do you need to succeed?
10+ years of progressive experience in wealth management or financial services distribution
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives
Deep understanding of investment products, managed portfolios, and regulatory frameworks (MFDA/IIROC/CIRO)
Strategic mindset with exceptional ability to translate vision into actionable plans
Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance; MBA or professional designation (CFP®, CIM®, CFA®) preferred
Visionary leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for advisor and client success
Results-driven collaborator who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
