Job Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support to customers through presentations, product demonstrations, training, and operation of our avionics test products.
• Assisting product management in assessing potential application of products to meet customer needs.
• Ensuring that the product applications/solutions are functioning according to specifications.
• Defining hardware and software defects, interfacing with development teams, and support resolution.
• Assisting in writing product user manuals and application notes.
• Provide technical support to VIAVI’s Technical Assistance Center.
