About the role
The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and collaborative AV community with the expectation of delivering best in class AV planning & buying client servicing, commercial delivery, media owner relationships. This individual should show robust organisation, diligence, positivity, respect, and a passion for the role.
We are a location-agnostic team based in 5 offices across the UK, with around 25 of those based in Manchester. As an AV Executive your responsibilities & areas of accountability will cover (not exhaustive):
Key Accountabilities
Campaign Planning Assistance: Supporting the team to provide best-in-class implementation and innovative AV media solutions in response to briefs from clients
Campaign delivery assurances: Ensuring AV activity across Linear, VOD, Cinema and Audio is delivered to value and contractual guarantees
Buying Excellence: Demonstrating consistent rigour and accuracy throughout the AV buying process to deliver high quality campaigns for clients
Investment Support: Provide support in tracking client investment through both forecasting tools and as part of the AV buying process, demonstrating commercial acumen
Performance Analysis: Responsible for the generation of reports and insightful analysis on delivery and effectiveness of campaigns.
Financial Accuracy: Support the team in ensuring timely and accurate billing of client campaigns on a monthly basis
Industry Trends: Keeping up with what’s happening in the world of AV Media, having an opinion, and proactively sharing updates both internally and with wider stakeholders
Excellent Communication: Forging positive relationships through strong communication with internal teams, media partners and clients
Training Excellence: Engaging proactively with all relevant training schemes including TV Masters, Media Maths and presentation training
Activation tasks
TV & VOD Planning & buying: Creating accurate front sheets & trackers in advance to launch, managing specials & PYOs, actioning daily turn arounds driving optimisations across campaign, leading surgeries and ensuring Saleshouses action feedback. Understanding audience sizes, market conditions and efficient trading routes to drive best in class AV planning for client delivery.
Audio Planning & buying: Ability to utilise RACE & JET to plan, track and deliver best in class Audio campaigns. Strong relationships with Digital audio contacts providing clear communication from briefing to booking. Understanding of Digital audio planning & booking process encompassing Prisma, Tags etc
Cinema planning: Clear understanding of cinema trading routes for strategy and planning, CPM commitments & delivery, weekly tracking and accountability for billing.
AVP & Caria: Proficient use of AVP to support wider team through campaign set ups, updating shares, managing VP, ensuring alignment with plans & POs, aligned to Caria.
Audit & Econometric data: Sourcing accurate data across all channels TV, VOD, CTV, Audio, Cinema to support team with key audit & econometric tracking tasks for comprehensive measurement.
Campaign set ups: Ensuring all buying briefs are accurate and saved in folders. VOD & Radio booking forms are loaded accurately on Zoho within timeframes, client specific naming conventions are followed, confirming all campaigns are pre-checked and confirmed with SHs, Tags and trackers are set up prior to internal and external SLAs, Saleshouses have confirmed all requirements are met for go live, Campaigns have gone launched on live date for successful campaign launches.
