Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and motivated [Job Title] to join our [Business Function/Department] team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing end-to-end automation pipelines while leading a team of automation engineers to drive innovation and efficiency. You will be joining our [RDEC team name] within [GBS department name], a group focused on becoming a recognized innovation hub for the organization.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead a team of automation engineers to architect, build, and implement scalable, cloud-native automation pipelines using [Google Cloud Platform (GCP)] services and reusable components.
Drive innovation by evaluating, piloting, and demonstrating the business impact of emerging technologies, including Agentic AI and [Generative AI (GenAI)] solutions, to leadership.
Collaborate with business [Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)] and the [EIT team name] to identify automation opportunities, establish governance frameworks, and ensure all solutions meet security and compliance standards.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
8–12 years of experience in automation solution development, including 3-4 years in a senior or leadership role.
Hands-on expertise in [Robotic Process Automation (RPA)] (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), Python automation, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integration patterns.
Deep working knowledge of [Google Cloud Platform (GCP)] services (such as BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Vertex AI) and exposure to intelligent automation frameworks like Agentic AI and [Natural Language Processing (NLP)].
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
