Job Summary:

The Autism Diagnostics Administrator is responsible for educating families seeking an autism diagnostic evaluation, scheduling diagnostic appointments, and administrative support to improve our clinical outcomes and enhance our business performance.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Monitors diagnostics phone line and email
  • Answers or responds to diagnostics inquiries
  • Guides, educates and supports families seeking a diagnostic evaluation
  • Sends, collects, and organizes paperwork and client documents
  • Completes administrative duties in Central Reach (EMR)
  • Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to organize and manage workflow
  • Collaborates with Autism Diagnostic Program team
  • Performs other related duties as

Education and Experience:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor’s Degree in a business- or healthcare-related field is preferred
  • 1 year of administrative experience; autism care experience preferred with knowledge of EMR/HER systems
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Teams preferred
