Join Hogan Lovells US LLP in San Francisco, CA to represent public and private clients in complex legal transactions, including private equity deals, mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), joint ventures and other structured transactions, divestitures, equity investments, portfolio matters, restructurings and other strategic and sophisticated corporate cross-border transactions involving large companies in U.S. and Latin American jurisdictions. You will execute transactions from sourcing to closing (i.e., through the transaction lifecycle) by leading a deal team.
Minimum requirements: a U.S. law degree (JD or LLM), California Bar Membership plus five (5) years of legal experience with (1) combined cross border M&A transactions, joint ventures and/or other structured transactions involving large corporate clients in U.S and Latin American jurisdictions, (2) drafting of complex legal documents such as primary deal documents (e.g., purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, corporate restructurings), including at least 2 years of experience in leading and coordinating a deal team through the transaction lifecycle. Salary is $435,000/year. This position requires domestic and international travel at least 20% of the time.
