US Consumer Services is accountable for delivering high value start and stay experiences and customer service support for those considering or prescribed Lilly medicines, including the continued growth and optimization of US LillyDirect. As experts in US consumer and healthcare trends, service delivery excellence, and digital innovations, we help US brands deliver best-in-any-class experiences for improved patient outcomes and desired business objectives.

Responsibilities:


The Associate/Sr. Associate/Manager – Agile Core Platform Experience exists to create organizational agility. The qualified candidate will be a hands-on leader who moves across teams, connects strategy to execution, and turns insights into action. This role supports high-priority, cross-functional workstreams across the Core Platform Experience team, including Consumer, Healthcare Provider, Fulfillment experiences, ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable results.

This role will report to AVP. Core Platform Experience

  • Lead and execute cross-functional work: Own initiatives that span multiple teams. Define goals, structure work, and drive delivery through completion balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Create organizational agility: Step into areas where ownership is unclear. Bring structure and clarity to ensure critical initiatives move forward efficiently.
  • Synthesize and apply insights: Gather and analyze data, feedback, and performance trends to identify opportunities, connect dots across the business, and recommend clear next steps.
  • Bridge functions and build alignment: Partner across Core Platform Experience and Cross-functional teams across the organization to keep teams connected and ensure work ladders up to shared priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Monitoring for barriers, capture learnings, document best practices, and develop repeatable playbooks that strengthen how the organization operates.
  • Lead change and rollouts: Launch new processes, pilots, or systems; manage communication, adoption, and feedback loops to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Deliver operational excellence in consumer journeys: Create and maintain consumer journey maps, identify leakage and drop-off points, and recommend solutions to improve Start & Stay experiences. Track progress, resolve blockers, and maintain accountability for measurable impact.


Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in technology solutions and digital experiences in the consumer or healthcare, or wellness space
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role.



Additional Skills/Preferences:

  • Experience with implementing and optimizing technology and digital experiences, including tools such as Confluence, Jira, AEM, and CRM systems
  • Experience in large matrixed organizations and comfort in working with business and technology partners for implementation.
  • Previous experience in eCommerce, healthcare, wellness, or pharma space
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Hands-on, proactive approach; willing to roll up sleeves and jump in wherever needed
  • Demonstrated ability to identify areas of need that others may not see
  • Experience with process improvement and change management

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$58,500 - $137,500

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
