Job Title: Associate, Sales Analysis

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Department: Sales Operation

As the Associate, Sales Analysis /Account Receivable at SC Johnson, you will be assisting in responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role also involves supporting junior team members and collaborating with our shared services team in the Philippines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee the AR process, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.
Customer Communication: Act as the central point of communication with customers regarding their accounts, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
Reporting: Prepare and oversee AR reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Team Support: Provide guidance and support to two junior AR team members.
Collaboration: Work closely with the shared services team in the Philippines to ensure smooth AR operations.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Strong proficiency in AR management and reconciliation.
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
Proficiency in using AR software and tools, SAP would be a plus
Proficient skill for MS Office Applications Excel/Word/PowerPoint
