We are seeking a strategic results driven Full Life Cycle Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts across our Commercial and Global Services organizations. This pivotal role will focus on attracting and hiring top-tier talent across key business functions, including Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, HR, and Corporate Affairs. The ideal candidate is a trusted talent advisor who excels at building strong relationships with hiring managers, crafting innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering a seamless, high-touch experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment activities from source to onboard.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and establish clear timelines.
  • Design and implement tailored, data-informed sourcing strategies to attract a strong slate of talent.
  • Create and share engaging content on social media and other platforms to attract and engage candidates and build Lilly's brand awareness.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, niche web sites, internet searches, CRM system, and other passive candidate generation techniques.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and technical fit for the organization and position.
  • Guide interview and selection processes.
  • Craft and deliver competitive employment offers aligned with market trends and internal equity.
  • Champion a candidate and hiring manager experience that is proactive, personalized, and aligned with Lilly’s mission, values, and employer brand.
  • Represent Lilly at career events and conferences, building robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with HR, legal, immigration, compliance, and relocation teams to ensure a compliant and consistent hiring process.
  • Proactively generate a solid pipeline of potential candidates for open & future vacancies.
  • Stay current on trends, competitive intelligence, and market insights for business areas you support.
  • Use data and technology to drive process efficiency and recruitment impact.

Basic Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience working in Global Talent Acquisition
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role.

Additional Skills/Preferences:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on Commercial and/or Global Service functions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, data literacy and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Phenom, and other AI-enabled recruiting technologies
  • Brings thoughtful analysis and agile problem-solving to fast-changing business contexts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience leading mid-to-large scale hiring initiatives
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance standards.
  • Sourcing experience including internet research, search engines, boolean search strings, data mining and cold calling

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$58,500 - $150,700

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
