This position is responsible for coordinating program operations, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that weatherization measures are implemented effectively and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Working under the guidance of the Senior Program Manager, the Associate Program Manager helps manage the full lifecycle of weatherization projects—from initial customer intake and eligibility verification to contractor scheduling, installation oversight, and post-installation quality assurance. This role requires a strong understanding of residential energy efficiency practices, including direct install measures, HVAC upgrades, and building envelope improvements.

The Associate Program Manager will also contribute to data tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts, helping to identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions that enhance program impact and customer satisfaction.
Success in this role requires a blend of project coordination skills, technical knowledge of weatherization practices, and a commitment to serving vulnerable populations through equitable and effective energy programs.
