We’re looking for an Associate Product Owner to join our campusM Product Team in Jerusalem. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how millions of students and staff engage with their university through our mobile-first campus experience platform. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of 3, reporting to the Director of Product Management. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
• 2+ years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 
It would be great if you also had . . .
• Experience in the education technology sector.
• Exposure to mobile and web application development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Basic understanding of APIs, data structures, and system integrations.
• Experience engaging with customers.
• Ability to participate in technical discussions and support the team with hands-on problem-solving.
2+ years working with UX principles, technical documentation, and basic software development processes.
What will you be doing in this role?
• Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Translating needs into clear user stories, design documents, and product requirements.
• Supporting developers during sprints and ensuring alignment with product goals.
• Conducting user and market research to inform product decisions.
• Partnering with UX designers and documentation teams to ensure user-centered design and accurate product documentation.
 
About the Team
You’ll be joining a small, agile team of 3, including your manager, working closely with developers, UX designers, support team, and stakeholders across the business. The product is complex, and collaboration is key—especially with technical teams and customer-facing roles. You’ll be involved in workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming, and will play a vital role in bridging business needs with technical execution.
