Associate Power BI DeveloperThe Role
We are looking for an Associate Power BI Developer to join our Information Systems team at DNTS UK. In this role, you will support reporting needs across both project delivery and business operations, helping drive data-informed decisions.
You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights and improve decision-making across the organisation.
Location
Leatherhead - 3 days in the office
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into Power BI solutions
Design and develop efficient data models and integrate data from various sources
Build interactive dashboards and reports with dynamic filtering and drill-down capabilities
Optimise performance of Power BI reports and ensure data security and compliance
Support project mobilisation with tailored reporting and provide technical assistance to end users
What we Need
Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and data modelling
Solid understanding of SQL and ETL processes (Power Query)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with data visualisation principles and best practices
Bonus if you have:
Exposure to Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows, Semantic Models, Warehouses)
Knowledge of Python or Azure data services

Certifications:
Essential: PL-300 – Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst
Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field
DP-600 – Implementing Analytics Solutions Using Microsoft Fabric
Security Requirements
SC Clearance - requires sole British nationality (due to the nature of projects) and a minimum of 5 years’ continuous residency in the UK.
