Associate Payroll Specialist

The position will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll data within HRIS and payroll systems. This role ensures data integrity, compliance with KBR policies, supports payroll processing by auditing, reconciling, and troubleshooting data issues. The position also involves system administration, reporting, and collaboration with HR and Finance teams. Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional. Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. Responsible for any of Dubai Shared Services payroll operations as directed. Ability to cross train on other countries payroll processing and tax.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelors or equivalent , Preference to International payroll or HRIS data administration experience, with advanced knowledge of payroll systems.

  • Candidates with experience in SAP, Cost point system/ workday systems are preferred.

  • Only candidates having UAE experience will be considered for the role.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee payroll data in Cost point, SAP and Workday systems.

•Validate data accuracy for new hires, terminations, transfers, and compensation changes.

•Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.

•Test and implement system upgrades or enhancements.

•Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT or vendors.

•Maintain documentation for audits and internal controls.
