Associate Manager, Vitality Strategy & Implementation

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Associate Manager, Vitality Strategy & Implementation to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence within the Manulife Vitality program. This role plays a critical part in coordinating program enhancements, supporting new partnerships, and enabling long-term strategies that align with the overall segment goals. Individual Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating program enhancements and partnership implementations aligned with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop strategies that drive Vitality adoption and growth.

  • Coordinate projects through all phases of initiation, development, and implementation, ensuring clarity of roles, expectations, and deliverables.

  • Partner with Marketing and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across product launches and campaigns.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of tactical items.

  • Demonstrate understanding of how operational activities support and enable broader North American BI and enterprise goals.

  • Apply data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize program performance.

Dynamics of the Role

  • This role supports the Manulife Vitality program within the broader IIC strategy and contributes to Corporate Strategy deliverables by enabling operational excellence and strategic alignment.

  • The individual will work across multiple teams and time zones, managing complex initiatives and ensuring seamless coordination.

  • Success in this role requires analytical rigor, strong communication, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.

Key Deliverables Include

  • Coordinated execution of Vitality program enhancements and new partnerships.

  • Operational support aligned with North American BI and enterprise strategy.

  • Consistent and compelling Vitality messaging across initiatives and channels.

  • Project plans and tracking tools to ensure timely and effective delivery.

  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management to drive collaboration and execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project coordination, preferably in insurance or financial services.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Proven success in coordinating multi-faceted projects across diverse teams.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Independent, creative, and collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to influence and move others toward a shared vision.

  • Demonstrated adaptability and solution-oriented thinking in dynamic environments.

  • Familiarity with Manulife’s business operations and strategic priorities.

Salary range is expected to be between

$68,775.00 CAD - $114,625.00 CAD
