The Procurement Technology Enablement Associate Manager provides crucial first-line technical and procedural support for our procurement platforms, ensuring users receive timely assistance and effective resolutions for their queries. This role is also responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing all digital content that supports users of AstraZeneca’s procurement platforms – Coupa & Cirtuo. This encompasses sourcing templates, contract templates, digital guidance tools, and user enablement assets. Working closely with the cross-functional teams, the role ensures content is current, engaging, and fully aligned with platform updates and business needs, ultimately maximizing user confidence and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve sourcing and contract templates to ensure relevance, usability, and alignment with procurement best practices.

  • Author and update digital guidance, walkthroughs, and instructional content using tools such as WalkMe to provide intuitive support for platform users.

  • Establish and enforce standards and processes for digital content lifecycle management, ensuring all assets are regularly reviewed, updated, and archived as needed.

  • Work closely with the Procurement Technology Enablement team members and other stakeholders to synchronize content development with training initiatives, platform enhancements, and user feedback.

  • Revise and update digital assets in line with procurement platform changes, ensuring users always have access to accurate, up-to-date guidance.

  • Collect feedback from users and analyze digital content usage to identify needs, measure effectiveness, and inform future content creation and updates.

  • Promote the adoption of digital tools, templates, and guidance materials—enabling users to leverage procurement platforms efficiently and compliantly.

  • Manage and resolve user queries and issues efficiently, escalating more complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate technical or functional teams.

  • Offer first-line technical and procedural support to users of procurement platforms, ensuring prompt and professional query resolution.

  • Document and track all support requests, maintain accurate records, and follow established helpdesk processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or related field.

  • 3+ years’ experience in procurement operations, platform training, end-user support, or a similar enablement role.

  • Demonstrated experience creating digital learning materials and leveraging enablement tools such as WalkMe (or similar).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience delivering training to diverse audiences.

  • Experience managing support teams/helpdesk operations.

  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Experience with major procurement or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)

  • Certification in Coupa software preferrable

  • Fluent in English.

  • Mandarin or Japanese language is preferred.
