Shape the Future of Retail Supply Chain Excellence—With Walmart and SC Johnson
Step into a high-impact role on SC Johnson’s Customer Supply Chain team, where you’ll be at the heart of a strategic partnership with Walmart—one of the world’s most influential retailers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead comprehensive customer-level planning to ensure products remain in stock at the shelf, using SCJ and Walmart systems and analytics to drive inventory and demand insights
Collaborate across the entire supply chain—from manufacturing to store execution—to influence planning decisions and ensure seamless execution that supports both SCJ CFR goals and Walmart sales objectives
Utilize Walmart’s GRS Forecast, SCJ’s production forecast and S&OP processes to enable precise supply chain planning with inventory strategies for optimal shelf availability
Monitor weekly reporting and scorecards, proactively engaging SCJ cross-functional teams and Walmart Replenishment to identify issues and implement corrective actions
Develop strategic, data-driven solutions that improve inventory control, enhance supply chain efficiency--leveraging big data to uncover actionable insights and drive continuous improvement
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
University Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
Military experience considered in lieu of education requirement
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
5+ years of successful experience in Supply Chain
Previous CPFR experience on seasonal businesses
Excellent verbal, written communication, including presenting
Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Power BI, Tableau and Walmart System Tools
Strong analytical skills, specifically able to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights
Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing customer demands with a sense of urgency
Able to interface with multiple levels of an organization both internally and customer facing; willing to take a fact-based position and influence in the face of challenge
Ability to prioritize short- and long-term tasks independently, complete projects and tasks within assigned timeframe, and work through competing priorities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Some travel required ~5%-10%, domestic, requiring over-night stay
Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
This position is eligible for domestic relocation
