Associate Loan Funding Processor- Home Mortgage

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Loan Funding Processor.


In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for supporting the loan funding team with moderately complex loan operational tasks
  • Identify ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures
  • Perform multiple moderately complex operational tasks relating to the mortgage closing and funding processes
  • Receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced team
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal and external clients
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of administrative, customer, or people interaction experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • WF Mortgage Funding Experience
  • Microsoft Office Experience
  • Knowledge of the CORE mortgage system
  • Pipeline Management
  • Able to multitask


Job Expectations:

  • Review signed closing document with quick turnaround times while maintaining quality standards.
  • This position offers a hybrid schedule however candidates must be able to work at posted location.
