Coordination and logistics: organise and coordinate learning initiatives to ensure all planning and preparation is accurately and efficiently implemented to include scoping and booking venues and ensure all materials and resources are prepared and available in advance
Budget management of learning initiatives to ensure that they are delivered cost-effectively which will include the co-ordination of personnel, preparation of POs and obtaining the necessary budget approvals
Training logs and documentation: to create and maintain accurate training records, participants lists and feedback forms to ensure that we have comprehensive records of all training delivered
Development of post training insights following all significant initiatives, extrapolating the quantitative and qualitative feedback to define if the learning outcomes have been achieved and the business positively impacted
Preparation and support: Assist in the creation and preparation of training materials, presentations and other resources to ensure that they are fit-for-purpose and ready to use at training events
Event support: provide on-the-day support for training events, including setting up venues and trouble-shooting any issues that arise
Workday Learning Management System, (LMS) support: to include all administrative support such as collating reports and adding learning content
eLearning design and creation to include the progressive ability to create SCORM file content for view on demand eLearning to be hosted on Workday.
Core activities
Manage all scheduling, calendar management, co-ordination of personnel to include venue bookings and budgetary management for all learning initiatives
Maintaining accurate training records for audit purposes to include the collation of training undertaken in the past for Uniphar Medtech
Create and maintain MS feedback forms for all in-person training events and conduct post-event analyses on all outcomes to report and adjust for future training events
Develop and prepare soft and hard copy materials and resources required for training events
Collaborate with the HR and learning teams to co-create clear and engaging communications for stakeholders ensuring alignment and clarity
Manage and update the LMS, ensuring all training materials are current and accessible to learners
For designated new learning initiatives, create clear project plans to include the event proposal, costs and training plan and post-approval, content creation
Gradually take ownership for agreed aspects of the Learning Plan to include researching options internally and externally available, to include SWOT analyses and recommendations to support the adoption of preferred options

Comprehensive and accurate end-to-end training event co-ordination to include the creation and preparation of materials and resources and event support

LMS data accuracy and timeliness as demonstrated by completion of LMS tasks and collation of requested reports
Demonstrated end-to-end delivery of a designated project to include creation of the project plan, option scoping, concept creation, proposal and plan design, creation, and post-event feedback insights
