Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Senior Executive/Coordinator to join our Record Management team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing multiple Iron Mountain Incorporated (IMI) facility operations, leading the on-site working team, and ensuring the timely, qualitative delivery of projects. You will also play a key part in integrating various warehouse operations while maintaining facility safety and security.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Lead and Manage Operations: Oversee all Record Management operations across 4-5 warehouse facilities, managing both in-house and vendorized teams to meet daily and monthly productivity targets.
Collaborate and Resolve: Proactively handle client escalations and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless integration across different warehouse functions.
Ensure Compliance and Performance: Deliver on all Record Management Services (RMS) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project scopes, ensuring all activities are executed with high standards of quality and on-time delivery.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing multiple operational sites, ideally in the Records and Information Management (RIM) domain.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including facility consolidation, migration, turnaround time (TAT) metrics, and RIM operational processes (e.g., Retrieval, Refilling, IOD Scanning, Racking, Putaway).
Proven ability to lead a team, solve complex operational problems, manage client escalations, and perform detailed Management Information System (MIS) reporting using tools like Google Sheets.
A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, and an MBA in Operations is preferred, along with a customer-oriented mindset and willingness to relocate as project needs require.
