· Provide excellence service to clients with good order execution skill, market update, ir vestment advice and promote the use of online facilities to clients for example online trading platform, e-statement and Retail Online Platform.
· Manage and build good business relationship with clients while managing their trade settlement, credit exposures and ensure all debts are collected.
· Review the clients' trade/contract position exposure, trading pattern, credit risk and trading limit, margin position (if relevant) from time to time.
· Identify new business opportunity, acquire new clients, activate existing clients to achieve
the sales target and KPI set.
· Participate in events and activities such as seminars, workshops and roadshows organized or participated by the Bank.
· Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall team business objectives
Instill and practice team spirit, reinforcing a performance culture and fostering the core values of the Bank.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, the Bank's policies and procedures, including establishing and maintaining robust operating controls.
