What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Develop and lead/co-lead complex projects, managing plans to achieve objectives
Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to work within Sub Business Unit
Make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems, developing new options, guided by policies in non-standard situations, and operate independently in ambiguous situations
Work independently, using knowledge and experience to achieve desired results, often self-initiated assignments
Oversee the execution of new and annual programs such as performance management, employee relations, and training and development
Represent the HR function in business leadership forums, contributing to the development of strategies and actionable plans
Align with country practices to support annual performance management and compensation processes
Facilitate project management, problem-solving activities, and display strong process skills
Execute cultural talent management and related programs throughout the organization, emphasizing the need for standardization and consistency in HR approaches across divisions
Collaborate with key stakeholders to support reorganization and restructuring activities
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
BA/BS with at least 6 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 5 years of experience or PhD/JD with at least 1 year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of experience
Demonstrated experience in HR technical proficiencies and core HR competencies
Experience in coaching employee development and driving process improvements
Experience in business partnering roles with thorough knowledge of local labor laws applicable
Strong project management skills
Excellent facilitation and complex problem-solving skills
High level of awareness of own limits, becoming a resource for others
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Relevant pharmaceutical experience
HR management experience in Organizational Development
Proven track record of successful Change Management and ability to execute initiatives in a timely manner with high quality
Demonstrates business acumen
Strong leadership, integration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
