We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as an Associate Director of Organization Effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a rockstar in learning analytics, business process optimization, and portfolio management, with a proven ability to lead people and collaborate across functions. We’re looking for someone who brings sharp analytical skills, a passion for driving measurable impact, and the ability to communicate with clarity and influence. This person will play a critical role in shaping and delivering enterprise-wide learning and organizational effectiveness strategies that align with our business priorities.

The Associate Director of Organization Effectiveness will lead critical functions that enable our team to measure, communicate, and continuously improve the impact of our learning and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Learning Analytics Leadership
    Lead a team of associates focused on tracking the effectiveness of learning programs. This includes analyzing participation, engagement, and outcomes data to identify the value delivered to the business. Partner with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable improvements and strategic decisions.
  • Data Engineering & Visualization Oversight
    Manage data engineering and visualization team members who maintain and evolve our learning data lake. Oversee the development and publication of dashboards, operational metrics, and digital sites that showcase learning records, class performance, and system-level insights from our learning management system (LMS).
  • Portfolio Management & Strategic Planning
    Own the portfolio of organizational effectiveness initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and resource optimization. Develop and implement a metrics strategy that enables the team to demonstrate impact, track progress, and communicate value to senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
    Serve as a connector across teams, fostering collaboration and alignment. Communicate complex data and insights in clear, compelling ways to influence decision-making and drive engagement across the organization.
  • People Leadership
    Inspire and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities. Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, learning & development, or change management.
  • 2–3 years of experience with responsibility for learning analytics, including data interpretation and application to learning strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a people leader, with direct management responsibility.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and their application in enterprise learning environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, or Education.
  • Certification in change management frameworks such as Prosci or Kotter.
  • Experience working in matrixed or global organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$126,300 - $173,700 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
