The Data and Insights Analyst will play a critical role in transforming data from manufacturing operations, quality control, supply chain, and business transactions into actionable insights. This position will support operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive strategic decisions, partnering with cross-functional teams involved in External Supply and Manufacturing.
Accountabilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various sources across external supply chains, quality control, and using source data from a variety of business systems including ERP systems and sharepoint
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- Use statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and data visualization to identify business risks and opportunities for process optimization, ensuring positive impact to productivity and cost of goods targets
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business teams
- Support audit and regulatory compliance data requirements, ensuring data integrity and traceability according to GMP and quality standards
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data integration, accessibility, and reporting automation
- Provide insights that guide resource allocation, capacity planning, and customer relationship management
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and driving data-informed initiatives across the organization.

Essential Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis within a regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
- Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, and visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing metrics, GMP, compliance standards, and regulatory reporting
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical audiences
- Attention to detail, integrity of analysis, and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working cross-functionally within operations, quality, and business teams
