Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Associated Contract Administrator to join our team in Sandy Springs, Georgia! In this role you will get to support various contract administrative activities in a dynamic transportation engineering office
What You'll Be Doing:
- Analyze project billings and prepare payment status reports to support company and project management decision-making.
- Draft, prepare, format, and finalize contracts for engineering services projects, utilizing existing templates and resources for terms and conditions, and route them through appropriate systems for execution.
- Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and client policies.
- Administer and maintain a document-tracking database, including data entry, monitoring agreement status, and generating summary reports.
- Monitor contracts to ensure compliance with company and client policies, documenting necessary approvals for contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate across organizational lines to gather and share business information, enabling effective project monitoring by the Project Manager.
- Prepare and issue client communications, including letters requesting approvals, contract interpretations, and change order development and processing.
- Coordinate with Procurement personnel on subcontract matters to ensure compliance and alignment with project requirements.
- Develop and distribute billing instructions and contract administration guidelines for project and corporate staff.
- Prepare project/facility acceptance documents and ensure client approvals are obtained.
- Provide business and financial information requested by the client, as delegated by the Project Manager.
- Generate financial and project-related reports, including contract costs, incremental funding, contract values, and project status updates.
- Manage the process for opening and closing project charge numbers for authorized labor and direct costs.
- Administer the business provisions of assigned contracts to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required to support project and organizational objectives.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- 4-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field and 0-3 years of contract administration experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Salary Range: $21.88 - $38.27
