Job Description

About the Role
As Associate Analyst, Quality Assurance and Product Integrity, you will support daily testing and quality oversight of Kohl’s Private and Exclusive Brand production, ensure products meet Kohl's safety and labeling standards and communicate results and recommendations to supply chain partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Support vendor communication on lab certification processes and performance testing capabilities

  • Assist Associate Managers in compiling annual data on vendor labs to ensure compliance with protocols

  • Collaborate with Associate Managers and managers on daily inquiries and assist leadership and supply chain partners with special projects

  • Process inspection bookings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure actionable Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) solutions while assisting with communication and follow-up

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of testing and inspection protocols

  • Assist Associate Managers with quarterly reviews for Private and Exclusive Brands

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have
Required

  • Entry-level with textile knowledge

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google and One PLM

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities

  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field, or related industry experience
