We're looking for a proven leader who’s passionate about retail, thrives under pressure, and is excited to shape a winning store culture.
2-4 years of management experience in a high-energy retail environment (apparel/footwear preferred).
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Strong people leadership, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Adaptability, resilience, and drive, you thrive on challenge and lead with positivity.
A passion for sports, fashion, and delivering standout customer experiences.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and adapt to the demands of a retail schedule.
