Assistant Property Manager

About the role:

We are seeking a full time Assistant Property Manager to work with our dynamic team. Working alongside our Property Management Team you will be challenged whilst being supported to learn with ongoing training and enjoying the benefits of a great team and office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our reception from time to time including holiday and lunch cover
  • Outbound activities and report preparation for routine, leasing, ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Processing tenancy applications
  • Assisting with landlords, tenants, and contractors’ communication
  • Assisting with the coordination of maintenance
  • Property Management administration

About you:

  • Real Estate industry experience will be advantageous but not necessary
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good at multi-tasking and time management
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • A current drivers license
  • Ability to work to current systems and procedures while contributing as a team
  • The desire to grow within a company for the long term
