A little about this position:

  • Assists the Facilities and Property Manager oversee the facilities of the hotel and common areas for the Homeowners and Master Association. 
  • Assists the Manager in achieving guest, employee, and financial goals. 
  • Supervises facilities staff, manages work order program, responds to emergency maintenance calls. 
  • Performs basic maintenance jobs.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years trade school in building maintenance or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building maintenance.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management, homeowners, Boards, and staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Hourly pay rate: $26.94-$29.76
