A little about this position:
- Assists the Facilities and Property Manager oversee the facilities of the hotel and common areas for the Homeowners and Master Association.
- Assists the Manager in achieving guest, employee, and financial goals.
- Supervises facilities staff, manages work order program, responds to emergency maintenance calls.
- Performs basic maintenance jobs.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years trade school in building maintenance or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building maintenance.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management, homeowners, Boards, and staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Hourly pay rate: $26.94-$29.76
