Required Education and Qualifications:
Candidates must hold extensive experience in the aviation industry, with preference given to air traffic specialist positions.
• Preferably candidates should understand the current systems used in the air traffic environment such as STARS, ERAM, and ASDE-X.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills, being willing to work one-on-one with air traffic program students.
• Ideally, the applicant holds a master’s or bachelor’s degree, but with extensive work experience in the field, the requirement of a degree may be omitted. ECTI training experience for Tower/Enroute/TRACON and applicable certifications are required.
