职位目标

        

依据公司策略、品牌策略及O2O团队策略,结合数字化营销领域知识,配合对医药O2O行业的发展理解,营销工具方面的运用经验,为O2O团队在数字化营销创新、运营方面规划并落地持续迭代的打法。重点围绕医药行业消费者持续提升的即时零售购物场景下的内容创新及人群运营,推动我司产品的品牌认知以及业务的健康成长。

主要工作职责:

基于不同品牌策略,制定O2O侧的精准营销策略及对应的内容、场景、人群 结合行业最新的数字化营销知识、平台、工具,摸索最适合所管理品牌的投流工具 逐步建立所属品牌的数据银行,提高投放效率及生意转化 围绕消费者行为及O2O平台属性,与跨部门联动,如SMD/MKT/TMK/Sales等通力合作,搭建O2O创新营销体系以及人群运营方案 与品牌相关的营销内容&物料的跨部门沟通,自创物料的创意、设计及制作 上级经理安排的其他相关工作内容

任职条件:

  • 大学本科或以上学历
  • 五年以上的市场及数字化营销领域经验,外资及医药工作经验优先
  • 了解数字化营销、品牌营销、电子商务渠道的营销模式
  • 优秀的内外部沟通能力
  • 熟练使用OFFICE操作系统,特别是PPT制作及汇报
  • 良好的英语听说读写译能力
