업무 내용

• 우리는 Retail 본부 전략팀의 일원으로, 고객에게 새로운 가치를 제공하기 위해 다양한 고민을 합니다. 우리 팀은 본부의 전체적인 성장을 도모하기 위한 관점과, 새로운 리테일 비즈니스를 창출하는 관점의, 두가지 접근으로 업무에 임합니다.
• 상업용 부동산 시장과 리테일 섹터에 대한 전반적인 이해를 하며, 분석적 사고력과 유연한 생각 및 접근으로 새로운 기회를 만듭니다. 또한, 적극적인 대내/외 활동 및 업계 네트워킹으로 신규 수주에 기여하며, ‘Korea Retail Number One Market Dominance’를 공고히 합니다.
• 본 포지션은 리테일 본부의 Operation 및 대외 Business Development을 위해, Day-to-day routine 업무 (Pipeline 취합, 각종 회의 및 타운홀 자료 작성, 마케팅 Brochure 제작, Proposal 작성 등)와 마켓 스터디, 잠재 고객 Pool 리스트업, 제안서 작성, 콜드콜 및 대면 미팅 등을 적극적으로 실행합니다.

필요역량

• 2~4년 내외 유관 업종 경력자 : Retail 브랜드, 유통사, 컨설팅 및 부동산자문사, 공간기획 및 크리에이티브, 건축설계 등
• 상업용 부동산 시장과, 특히 리테일 섹터에 대한 높은 관심 (기존 리테일 섹터뿐만 아닌, 메디컬 등 신규 시장 포함)
• 부동산 자문업의 다양한 서비스라인에 대한 기본적 이해 (컨설팅, 임대차, 매입매각, 운영 등)
• 문서(리포팅) 능력: 보고서 PPT의 능숙한 작성, 정량적 데이터 취합 및 분석을 위한 Excel 스킬 필요
• 외국어 능력: 영어 Written (상급, 서면자료 작성 수준), Verbal (중급 이상)

우대사항

• 영상 촬영 및 제작 가능 스킬 (2~3분 유투브 영상, 쇼츠 등)
