Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive measurable growth across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, strategies, and best practices — and be able to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution.
You will manage performance marketing, SEO, content and social media efforts to increase brand visibility, traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and Tiktok platforms
  • Plan and manage digital budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and cost efficiency
  • Use data-driven insights to refine targeting, creative, and channel mix.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns to drive lead generation, E-Commerce sales, or app installs.
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for performance
  • Collaborate with agencies or internal teams for execution and reporting.
  • Drive organic growth through SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and content planning.
  • Collaborate with agency and designer to ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage social media calendars, content strategies, and community engagement.
  • Track social metrics (reach, engagement, sentiment) and leverage insights to improve brand presence.
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards to measure effectiveness.
  • Create weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Implement marketing automation, attribution modeling, and audience segmentation for better performance tracking
  • Optimize landing pages, website UI/UX, and conversion funnels
  • Oversee online store management ( UI/UX design, User Journey, logic structure, payment gateway )
  • Manage CRM platforms (email, SMS and push notifications  ) and ensure data accuracy
  • Analyze CRM performance metrics such as open rates, repeat purchase rate, churn and LTV
  • Provide insights to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement
  • Manage and closely work with Web Developer and E-com operation team member

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, e-Commerce, D2C experience and performance marketing roles.

- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Analytics.

- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio, CRM tools  )

- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

- Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Data-driven decision-making with measurable ROI
